What a beautiful album I’ve come across. The journey started with “As Falls Wichita, So Falls Wichita Falls” by Pat Metheny and Lyle Mays, in their album of the same name.

I don’t know how many times I’ve listened to Solar Fields - Cocoon Moon (Glastonbury Festival 2005 Mix) but it’s definitely more than a thousand times since 18 years old. There’s something about this song that makes me feel like I’ve ‘returned home’.

This will be a short post - just a few recommendations for some mellow, positive tunes - with good melodies, bass lines and honey-like vocals.
