This song is one I find myself going back to often when I need to escape the madness and horrors of the world. It’s one for when I need to listen within, to connect with my breath, and free myself from anxiety (how could this happen?).

At times one must explore new frontiers. And this is one of those moments for me. Substack’s email to me the other day struck a chord.
